Teams that receive leads by email retype the same data into the CRM every day. ERC CRM Lead Parser reads the mailbox, asks an AI model to extract the company and contacts, and creates a draft lead for a person to confirm or reject.

What it does

  • Connects to any IMAP mailbox, with automatic mail-settings detection and a folder picker.
  • AI extraction of company and contacts, with automatic failover between models.
  • Leads wait in a To Review stage; a person confirms or rejects each one.
  • Optional company research attached to every lead, printable as a PDF.
  • Works with Odoo Enterprise AI or with the MaxAI Provider module.
  • A full log of every run: model used, duration, leads created, errors.

Requirements

  • Odoo 19 (Community or Enterprise) with the CRM app.
  • The MaxAI Provider module, or Odoo Enterprise AI with an OpenAI or Google key.
  • A mailbox reachable over IMAP.
