1. Controller

2. What we collect and why

  • Account and billing data (name, e-mail, country, tax ID, address): to create your account, issue invoices and comply with tax law.
  • Your audio or video files: only to produce the transcript you asked for. The file is deleted from our servers as soon as it has been transcribed.
  • Transcripts: kept in your account so you can download them, until you delete them.
  • Usage data (minutes bought and used, dates, file name and duration): to charge correctly and to give you your history.

3. How files are processed

Transcription runs on servers operated by us in the European Union. The audio is not sent to third-party AI services, is not used to train models and is not shared. The transcription server keeps a finished result for one hour so you can fetch it, and then discards it.

4. Who receives data

Our infrastructure provider (hosting), our accountant and the tax authorities, as required to issue and keep invoices, and the bank that handles your transfer. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Files: until transcribed. Transcripts: until you delete them or close the account. Invoices and fiscal records: as long as tax law requires (at least 5 years).

6. Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask us to confirm that we process your data, access it, correct it, delete it, receive it in a portable format, or object to a use. Write to admin@erc-implementors.com; we answer within 15 days. You may also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

7. Security and cookies

The site uses HTTPS, accounts are protected by passwords, and every customer sees only their own files. The website uses the cookies needed for login and the shopping cart. Your country is estimated from your IP address with the free database IP Geolocation by DB-IP, only to show prices in the right currency.
